I wanted to start documenting my workouts in one place so I can see them all together.

I’m hoping this will help me stay motivated!

April 1-7:

1st: 5 miles (running, hills) 47:48 minutes

1.30 miles (walking, hills) 23:11 minutes

2nd: 2.35 miles (running, flat) 20:31 minutes

3rd: Rest

4th: 5 miles (running, hills) 48:00 minutes

5th: 20 minute interval workout on the elliptical. Upper body weight lifting and ab work.

6th: 5.12 miles (running, hills) 48:19 minutes

7th: 5.15 miles (running, flat) 47:26 minutes

April 8-14:

8th: Rest

9th: 6 miles (running, hills) 55:04 minutes

10th: 20 minute interval workout on the elliptical. Laaaaaaaaaaaazzzy

11th: 30 minute cardio interval workout. P90 Master Series. 30 minute hike

12th: 30 minute upper, middle, lower workout. P90 Master Series.

13th: 3.20 miles (running, hills) 30:59 minutes

14th: KenpoX, P90X workout 58 minutes

April 15-20:

15th: Rest

16th: 30 minute interval workout on the elliptical

17th: 5 miles (running, hills) 46 minutes

18th:
